dMAT practice,
built on the official format.

Every task follows the rules g.a.s.t. publishes for the dMAT. The questions are written and generated by Setu — never leaked or "remembered" exam questions, which would break the test rules.

  • Each module takes 90 minutes, with a 30-minute break between them. Applicants in the APS procedure take the General Academic Module.
  • No notes, notepaper, calculators, rulers, phones or smartwatches. Arriving late means you are not admitted.
  • The test checks skills and transfer, not memorised facts. g.a.s.t. offers a demo version in its participant portal.

How we make the questions — and what we can't promise

  • Core tasks are generated by code that applies the published rules, so every answer is right by construction. Every task is checked by a solver before you see it: equations have exactly one solution, and the "?" in a Latin square is forced by logic.
  • The Subject Module texts are our own (15 topics so far), with numbers that change every time and answers calculated in code.
  • Difficulty adapts to you: your rating for each task type goes up and down with your answers, and the next task is chosen so you succeed about 70% of the time.
  • The dMAT is new and its first exam took place on 26 September 2026, so there is no history of real questions to "predict" — anyone who claims to know the upcoming questions is not being honest. We watch the official dMAT pages and preparation materials and update the practice when g.a.s.t. changes the format.
  • Practice scores are not official dMAT scores.
